We, elders of Deep Ecology must share what we have witnessed, learned, and treasured over the years and what we must un-learn. Thirty (30) years ago in 1993, John Seed helped found the Earthlands Community (USA/MA) John helped us live this mantra:
"Listen to the Heart, Act for the Earth"
Earthlands now lives within the University of the Wild, a student-centered, experiential-based, mentored Deep Ecology program offering credit at the UMass's University Without Walls.

You organized the amazing Evening at Amherst College, Larry, when I shared the stage with 2 of my sadly departed heroes, Lynn Margulis and Stephen Buhner. I just watched it again and was surprised at how great it was.
